Privacy notice
PureCores stores the account name, email, and a scrypt password hash, plus the records the organisation types in. This notice is not legal advice and it is not a certificate.
The account stores your name, work email, and a scrypt hash of the password. The password itself is not stored.
The organisation stores what you type: clause notes, documents, audits, findings, nonconformities, reviews, objectives, training names, and uploaded PDF or image files. A training row can name a person who has no account.
An enquiry form stores the name, email, organisation, and message that were sent.
A session cookie keeps you signed in. People in the same organisation can see its records, according to their role.
Signed-in people can download a copy of their account from Settings, and can delete the account there. An owner can download a copy of the organisation. Deleting the demo account is refused.
Card details are entered on Stripe when Stripe is configured. This application does not store the card number. When Stripe is not configured, no charge is made.
This software does not certify the organisation and does not award accreditation. This page describes the product. It is not a lawyer's opinion.
